The Surfcoast Senior Amateur is played over 36 holes at the Sands Golf Club, Torquay.

Event News

Kym Olsen from The National won the 2017 Surfcoast Seniors with a one over par 73 at the Sands and a par 69 at Lonsdale to win the event by 5 shots from last years winner Robert Wallace from Midlands (74,73), with a further 3 shots back to Greg Welsh from Colac and Ross McFarlane from Barwon Valley.

The Nett event was won by local Sands member William Burnett (Nett 74, 65) by 2 shots over Ken Bruton from Glen Waverley (75, 66).

There was also a very good field of 32 women where newcomers Judy Langford from Wodonga won the gross with 53 points, and Kerry Scales from Port Fairy won the Nett with a very good 77 stableford points.
