Ken O'Brien from Rossdale (78,73) has won this year's Leongatha Senior Amateur on a countback over Mark Abeyaratne from Peninsula-Kingswood (75,76). Ken's closing round 73 was particularly good in very trying conditions although he bogeyed his last 3 holes.

Norm Wilson from Gardiners Run (Nett 67,76) won the Nett event by one shot from Yarram's Ignatius Duivenvoorden (76,68).

There was also a Women's event with Majella O'connor from Ocean Grove winning the stableford event and Judith Quinn from Mornington winning the scratch stableford.
