Bryce Birtwistle from Sandhurst won the 2016 Box Hill Senior Amateur with a fine two under 69 to win by 3 shots over John Kelly from The Metropolitan. On his way to his first Seniors victory he also holed out on the 17th for a hole in one.
Local and club captain Michael Ransom won the Nett event with a 67 one shot ahead of fellow local John Ford.
Another local Helen Somogyl won the Ladies stableford event with 36 points and Helen Pascoe from Buninyong won the scratch stableford with 34 points.
