Box Hill Senior Amateur 2015

Jeff Hasthorpe from Trafalgar won this year's Box Hill Senior Amateur with a 74, one shot ahead of Andrew Hansen from Eastern.

Gordon Brooker of Golf Access Club won the Nett with a 68 off his 15 handicap. John Hoare from Trafalgar, and both Mario Valenti and Bobby Smith from Box Hill were nearby.

This year there was a women's event where local Heather Barwick 34 led Jenny Long 32, and the scratch stableford was won by Kooringal's Heather Harley with 23 pts.

The field of 66 men was a good improvement over last year with a number of locals and new players enjoying the perfect golf conditions again at Box Hill.
