Barry Tippett from 13th Beach won the Lonsdale Seniors after being runner up in the Surfcoast at the Sands earlier in the week. He played very well (70, 66) to beat runner up Tony Hyde from Rossdale by 10 shots.
Kerry Bayly from Kooringal also had a resounding win in the Nett event with two great rounds (58, 64) off a 20 handicap to beat runner up Ken Bruton from Glen Waverley and Peter Williams from Rich River by 14 shots. The opening round of 78 was Kerry's second sub 80 round, the first 30 years ago.
Helen Nolan from Albury won the Women's event with stableford rounds of 29, 34 after also winning at The Sands earlier in the week.
